As you're probably aware Turkey was hit by multiple massive earthquakes in the past weeks. Around 14 million people were impacted and thousands have lost their lives. Being from Turkey, this is very personal. I am trying to raise money and any dollar amount would be greatly appreciated. All donations will go to AKUT Search and Rescue Association - a non-governmental organization that's been doing amazing work in Turkey since 1996. They do work to prepare the public for disasters and they actively take part in search and rescue operations when such situations arise. They have had an INSARAG (International Search and Rescue Advisory Group - United Nations) classification since 2011 and they are a member of United Nations Global Compact.
